★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only was this the only place open after 10pm for take out BUT it is the best meal I have had while visiting Quebec. ALSO the best pizza we have had in the entire world. We got the bbq chicken and it’s thinness is Divine and delicious. I am only mad that I didn’t order a large. Please bring me more and come to Ottawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and asked to place an order for delivery, was placed on hold and, after 8 minutes and 43 seconds I hung up and re-dialed. The second time the same female wait-staff answered and asked if she could help me. I replied that I had tried to call previously and was placed on hold for almost 9 minutes and she didn’t reply, only hung up on me. Called the third time and asked for the manager. Someone picked up after another 4 minutes and I tried to explain what had happened. She said, “We are very busy,” to which I replied that 9 minutes was a long time. She merely asked if I still wanted to order, did not acknowledge my concerns, asked again if I wanted delivery and she said I don’t understand. I said I still wanted food but didn’t want it tampered with because of the complaint and she hung up on me as well. Needless to say, no order was placed. “Greeeeeeeeeat” customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our breakfast...lots of food! I also loved the fruit coulis on my waffle. It was my first time to eat it. I also read appreciated the waitresses patience with us as we did not know French...they were so kind!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mikes never fails to add spark to put Quebec journey. Good here is comforting and very filling. The prices are great and affordable. The server was great and knew what she was doing even when her hand was hurt. Great experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was pretty good, the bruschetta rolls and the garlic fingers were lovely and my carbonara and my husbands Mac and cheese were lovely (though would have been better if they were warm cause they were quite cool). My only complaints are that they didn’t give us cutlery so we had to go ask the hotel for cutlery, and my husbands churro doughnuts had nothing with them - they were just plain and had no flavour at all, no sugar or cinnamon or anything resembling a churro. And the brownie was sort of like eating a chocolate sponge. I think if we’re ever in RDL again, we’ll come in person to give it another shot, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for this place.
