★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flowers are O-K. Not really fresh. But you should know what to buy before coming in the store ‘cuz the staff is NOT friendly at all. If you ask them for some modifications, they might not be happy to do it. Well they would do it anyway but with bad attitude and mocking your choices (maybe they are too confident with their set up and treat customers like trash). The staff here just want you to pick your things, pay for it and get lost asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered flowers online for my friends for a special event. But the flowers sent to my friends were totally different from the pic. On the website the description said “Yellow roses,carns,pale green mini carns,white Asiatic lilies,yellow solidago,lush greens,clear glass gathered square vase,blue,lavender wired ribbon” But there were no Lily flowers or yellow roses, and not even ribbon at all. Not satisfied with this shopping experience at all. Do not recommended order online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive. One rose was $13. I haven't been here since before Covid. I'm guessing it may be under different ownership. The lady who used to be there was aways super friendly,but the lady there during my recent visit was not very friendly. I won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely RUDE staff. I bought a large poinsettia tree as a gift. After 5 days the large leaves dropped and the rest of the plant is turning yellow.
I returned with a photo to show the store what happened to the poinsettia. There was one staff present, the same person who sold me the plant. After I showed her the photo she raised her voice to me, never stopped walking around and talking and became belligerent. I was shocked by her rudeness. Ended the conversation I will not buy flowers from you again. Her reply - ‘your choice’. I left the store and even though I used to be a regular customer I will never go back. Staff is extremely rude, needs to be trained how to deal with customers. If the person was the owner, she should seriously consider a different career.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Toronto ON & my Mother lives in Richmond BC, I’ve been purchasing flower arrangements from this particular shop for a number of yrs and always have them delivered to my Mother. The staff have always been so friendly when I call & the flowers are always so pretty & fresh not to mention how beautiful the arrangements turn out.
I would highly recommend this flower shop.
