★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lot is very much open, not sure why it's listed as permanently closed. I much prefer this lot to the South one, easier to get into, easier to get out of. The few extra minutes it takes to walk from this lot is worth it as the time you save parking in the south lot can easily be eaten up by waiting to turn into the lot or exit in the evenings. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the path between the lot and the station is being shared by the construction contractors so it's uneven ground and it's barely maintained snow/ice wise, just be careful walking and you'll be fine though.
