β β β β β Staffs were courteous and helpful. Toronto library is the best place to take printout and photocopies. You can save a lot of money. And, you get free WiFi.

β β β β β Staffs are friendly, put up good displays with limited space. My only complain is teenagers (grade 7+)playing phones, eating and talking loudly in kids area. It left no space for toddler(the intended user) to use that area. I heard they are renovating this branch. Hopefully the expansion could help with this issue.

β β β β β Computers are limited and collection is rather small but a convenient library for residents living in the neighborhood. This library is one of the smaller locations and being located in a crowded plaza, it can get quite busy and loud at times.

β β β β β Got a nice expansion. There are areas to work. But sometimes it taken up so i just plop myself somewhere where nobody goes. Love the new manga section but i read everything there so could use an expansion. The computer area could be in a more confined space because of noisy kids who game at the library. Theres also people who just walk around or sit with their friends and talk REALLY REALLY loud but thats normal. After school hours is extra noisy.

β β β β β WORST LIBRARY EVER!!!!!!!! I wouldβve gave zero star if I could. Two of the staff members are super rude to me and my friend. Each staff has different standards of how protocols apply for covid!! They treated us unequally! They could have spoken to us nicely instead of yelling. I donβt understand how hard it is to talk in a polite way.

β β β β β I would not recommend this library. It is understaffed and the collection is small. The staff were very rude to me. I will not return even though the location is convenient.
