★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a pleasure for the last 20+ years dealing with great Sales staff Brentley, Andrew or Scott knowing at the end of each deal both parties are happy. The knowledgeable Service dept. has kept both my landscape and farm equipment running I've always enjoyed knowing I can stop in for advise on how to fix something on my own if ever needed.
Special thanks to the reception staff who are always pleasant and prompt finding staff for me when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As is often the case, good customer service is often best tested when problems happen. I recently made a purchase and had multiple problems with it (due to the engine manufacturer). After my third trip over (I live an hour away) to deal with major motor issues the customer service team (Brandon and Scott) offered to make it right by providing a full refund or replacing the unit with a new one. As it turned out they had a higher end model of the unit I had purchased in stock and they offered a discounted price to upgrade. It’s fantastic to know that there are still dealers out there who stand behind what they sell. Great job Topline!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changed rating as they affected a sale of mine with a tactic that is less than honest. Selling a M7060 and they tell my customer it's worth 50k, which is what it's worth to them on trade. Zero sum game there boys.
Busy place and like all Kubota dealers lately it's the first thing they will tell you...how busy they are it's unbelievable. Great selection, large modern facility. Much better than the hole in the wall that is close to me in Green Valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to really recommend Topline, bought my trailer there, bought my tractor there. All from the same sales person. I had never had a problem. Since that sales person left the customer service has been substandard. Bought brand new tires for my trailer there last year and they have been nothing but a problem. Got a brake light replaced, now no longer working again. When I contacted topline they made nothing but excuses. It’s unfortunate to see a company who thinks tires and repairs should only be good for 90 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to look at a tractor. They had it in the shop and it was already spoken for possibly. I had cash and was looking to buy. I'm not a local and wanted to make a deal before going home but they couldn't help. I am impressed that they would hold it for someone without a deposit or any definite confirmation of intention to purchase. So good on them for that but they have lost my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello. On a recent trip back home to N.B from Ontario I had catastrophic damage done to the suspension of my tandem enclosed trailer due to the spring potholes. I had it flatbed towed back to Ont from Quebec to Topline Trailers in Winchester. They were awesome, they managed to squeeze it in for me and do all the repairs for a extremely fair price .they were honest about what was required to make the unit safe and roadworthy again and didn't take advantage of me or my situation of being broken down...Cheers to Jeff and Ena in service..
Thanks so much for your help. Well done.. I'm glad to see some businesses still have integrity and customer service..

Polite, courteous, knowledgeable and so many other adjectives.
I RARELY give 5 stars, but had to in this case because literally nothing went wrong.
