I found him to be genuinely caring to please me as he went over and beyond what was required in the job at hand. I would definitely have him do work for me again. People like Chris are hard to find.

Not only was Aris pleasant to communicate with, he was also well versed on colour matching, finishes and time management. Between all of the quotes obtained, he was most upfront, honest and confident in getting the job done on time and within budget. I was extremely happy with the finished product and would gladly recommend Top 1 painting! Added Bonus: He had great contact recommendations for carpet cleaning and electrical work which I hired and couldn't be happier with!

This was big for us as most other painters will want to come to your home PRIOR to giving a price quote. With the pandemic this was a big deal. His quote was also within our budget unlike other quotes that we received. Chris was very friendly, courteous, easy to communicate, was clear and informative with his thoughts and suggestions. He gave a clear breakdown of the work he would do daily and the approx total days of work. He also gave us advance notice if additional coats were required. His work is clean and paint work is very professional! Would highly recommend!!

The price was much more reasonable than most places, and the reviews were all so great, we decided to give them a shot and we are so happy we did. They were very thorough and detailed in the job, clean, respectful and tidy with their equipment and tools. I work from home, so I was here most of the time they were here, and it was a great experience, which was a nice change from that usual awkward feeling of having workers in the house. They did such a great job, we are over the moon happy with it. Chris was very informative also, the quote was very detailed and he kept us informed through the process as the job was moving along. We ended up adding a few things when he was here as they were a bit ahead of schedule and we were so happy with how it was going so far. Again, super informative about the cost to add those things (front door, some window frames and baseboards). We have recommended them to our friends and family already and will continue to do so. You won't be making the wrong choice with Top1 Painting and Reno :)
