★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice property and location. We are a family of 4 and stayed at the Cristal Forest. Great condo, super clean and perfect location for access to the slopes and village! Simple check in /check out process and great value for our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing time at our accommodations at Fireside. Great ski in and ski out location. Lodging had everything we needed, was quiet and clean. Fantastic having a hot tub available after a full day of skiing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed three nights during Spring Break. Really happy with the rental unit. Everything was clear and ready for us, no problems at the stay.
Only one minor issue is with their booking but that was resolved quickly. Really satisfied and will definitely book one of their properties the next time I go to Sun Peaks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our stay a the Fireside Lodge. It's run by a management company, but they provided personal service and excellent communication. Very cozy and comfortable condo. (Bring a tshirt; we didn't turn the heat on but it was VERY warm; I guess it's a hot building.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well run property management company (Top of The Mountain). Robbie was very helpful and accommodating - he even arranged for 8 cm of fresh snow during our stay! E-mail communication was timely and thorough. Condo was perfect - lots of kitchen extras, nice view, great ski-in/ski-out location. Everything was top notch! Enjoyed the "Platinum" edition of the Scrabble game!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently stayed at Unit #34 in Echo Landing. Great location, well equipped unit, excellent views from the deck and hot tub. Everyone enjoyed themselves very much. Loved having a garage for waxing our skis in. We were lucky and had great snow conditions! Many thanks to T.O.T.M., they were great to deal with (as usual!) and checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed while we were there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just finished a great ski vacation at Sun Peaks. We stayed in one of the Settler's Crossing units. This is a review of the management company, not the actual unit we rented. We booked direct with Top of the Mountain on their website. That process was very easy and straight forward. They provided all the access info needed prior to heading up and it was very clear and accurate. We had a couple issues with our unit. One was easy to resolve and by the end of day 1 we had a replacement toaster, thanks! Another issue was a little more complicated in which they needed to correspond with the owner of the unit. We feel this was addressed just OK. While all our concerns were acknowledged, the time of responses and genuine interest in our issue could have been better. Does this mean we would avoid using them again, heck no! Just a little room for improvement.
