β β β β β My mom had bed bugs in her room and it was so stressful and difficult to get rid of. We had another pest guy (who was ineffective and more expensive) come in 4 times and there was still activity. Finally, I found Javaid on google and he was amazing and effective! I had so many questions that he patiently answered which gave me confidence in his services. He was very thorough and sprayed everything! We were very happy with the service and the cost. His price is VERY reasonable. I price comped other places and was very lucky to have found him. The level of service and professionalism is second to none. Thank you so much, Javaid!

β β β β β I reached out to Top Line for a critter problem our strata pest control contractor had not been able to address for some time. Yakub was very prompt in responding and quickly came to take a look at the issue. He took his time in looking around the property to see what the root of the problem was and found the issue that others had missed (or did not care to look for). He explained things very well and and it shows he has extensive knowledge in pest control. Because of the time he took to find the problem and find the right solution, the critter problem is now gone. I would recommend his services to anyone.

β β β β β We called him to get rid of bedbugs in one bedroom, he came on time and after inspection he treated the infected area. He did a very good job. Very responsible price. We are happy with his work and recommended him to anyone trying to get rid of pest I thier home.

β β β β β Excellent service and value , Javad was on time and able to accommodate me quickly as I had a rodent problem I needed dealt with . Very thorough, laid traps and poison . Problem rodents gone in 4 days . Subsequent visit 6 months to replenish poison , again service was excellent and very reasonable.

I chose to call Top Line Pest Control, based on the great reviews, and Iβm glad I did! Iβm happy to add another 5 stars here.
Javaid was very quick to respond, (he came out to assess our ant problem the same day I called!) We booked Javaid to come back the following week. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He takes the time to explain things, and offers very fair and honest pricing. (Our ant problem is challenging because we canβt determine the nest location inside the roof. Javaid treated the areas we believe ants are emerging, but he didnβt charge the full cost of his original quote because he wasnβt entirely satisfied we had located the direct source of the ants. I thought that was so kind and honest of him, and I really appreciated it).
We will definitely call Javaid at Top Line Pest Control again when we need to! Thank you for your great service.

β β β β β Javad is excellent. We called him on a Saturday we noticed we might have mice in the kitchen, and he came in the afternoon right away to help us set traps and poisons in our house. He did an inspection and set up all the traps. Efficient and price very reasonable.
After a week ish we do see rodent issue in kitchen is easing, but we heard some sound from our attics, so we called him right away. He came in that evening and help us do an attic inspection... and actually didn't even ask to be paid. That's really crazy.
He also provided us a lot of tips in cleaning and keeping the rodents away, which I also found crazy since this actually doesn't help his business... but it shows his character that he really does what's good for his customers. I hope I don't need to call another pest control again except for replenish the traps, but if I need one I know who to call!
