L’accueil est toujours impeccable , facilité de prendre rdv autant en ligne que par téléphone. Mon coiffeur a quitté pour cause de déménagement et on m’a rapidement accommodé avec Elizabeth , qui est excellente !! Merci !
 Very welcoming, bright living room, high quality products and really comfortable to be well taken care of. The reception is always impeccable, it is easy to make an appointment both online and by phone. My hairdresser left due to move and I was quickly accommodated with Elizabeth, who is excellent !! Thank you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très belle 1e expérience au Tonik ! Super bel accueil Je suis aller me faire couper les cheveux par Véronique, merci pour la belle coupe. Aussi j ai fait faire un pédicure par Meagan, super beau et relaxant et elle aussi est super gentille. Prix dans les normes.
Je recommande fortement ce salon et naturellement je vais y retourner !
Very nice 1st experience at Tonik! Super nice welcome I went to have my hair cut by Véronique, thank you for the nice cut. Also I had Meagan do a pedicure, super beautiful and relaxing and she too is super sweet. Price within the standards.
I highly recommend this salon and naturally I will be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personnel gentil mais pas qualifié comme coloriste (sauf le gars que je sais pas son nom). J’ai demander un Ombré et j’ai reçu plein de petit cheveux blancs sur ma tête, extrêmement laid (surtout pour 400$). Finalement ils m’ont repris juste après pcq je pleurais et ils m’ont arrangé ça gratuitement, même si c’est pas ce que je vouais au départ.
nice staff but not qualified as a colorist (except the guy whom i know his name). I requested an Ombré and got lots of tiny white hair on my head, extremely ugly (especially for $ 400). Finally they took me back right after pcq I was crying and they fixed it for me for free, even though that’s not what I originally wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tania a été super! Petit point à améliorer pour moi, un massage de tête lors du lavage viendrais rendre l'expérience encore mieux!! Mais superbe salon et employés au petit soins.
Tania was great! Small point to improve for me, a head massage during washing would make the experience even better!! But superb salon and caring employees.

Je vous la recommande vivement, bien évidemment pour la qualité du travail rendu, mais encore plus pour les valeurs humaines que possède Tania. Elle est à l’écoute de ses clientes, elle a su répondre à toutes mes questions et me donner des conseils, elle est très ouverte d’esprit et sympathique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis nouvelle cliente depuis peu. J'ai fait faire une couleur, une coupe et une mise en plis avec Marilou. Très bon service, attentionnée, à l'écoute de mes besoins. Ensuite j'y suis retournée pour une pose de cils, ça fait des années que je m'en fait faire par la même technicienne ailleurs et j'étais très sur la défensive. J'ai eu une super belle expérience. Encore une fois avec Virginie pour mes cils j'ai eu un service trop professionnel, elle m'a écouté, expliqué les produits utilisés. Rendu à mon âge, avoir des cils comme une poupée ne me convient pas et elle a su faire de moi une personne très satisfaite. Mes prochains RV sont tous pris. Bravo les filles et l'équipe, beau salon propre et professionnel!

I have recently become a new client. I had a color, cut and styling done with Marilou. Very good service, attentive, attentive to my needs. Then I went back for an eyelash application, I've had them done by the same technician elsewhere for years and I was very defensive. I had a great experience. Once again with Virginie for my eyelashes, I had an overly professional service, she listened to me, explained the products used. At my age, having eyelashes like a doll does not suit me and she knew how to make me a very satisfied person. My next appointments are all taken. Well done girls and team, beautiful clean and professional salon!
