β β β β β We have been using Tonertech for years. Their re-manufactured toners are of the best quality and the once or twice we have had issues, they were quick to replace the toner in question with no hassle. Quick delivery and excellent customer service from everyone.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

β β β β β I purchased a printer from TonerTech and realized after I received it that it wasnβt quite what I wanted. I contacted them and they came back the next day to trade out the printer that I had for one that had exactly what I wanted. The customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again down the road when I have any printer/toner needs.

β β β β β AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE like wow.
As a new independent entrepreneur trying to startup a business I was completely floored with the sheer respect and service of this business. I called for a small order, something you can easily get at dtaples or other retail, but NO, I wasn't treated like a low cost client or been quickly ushered out.
So not only are the prices actually CHEAPER than other places, you feel like the actually care and take you seriously. Will def be keeping my business here while I'm in Vancouver ?

β β β β β Our company has been buying toner from Tonertech for years and we have been quite happy with the service. Recently I decided to try out their printer repair service and was extremely happy with the results. I had 4 x HP Laserjet printers in varying states of disrepair. They sent someone over to pick them up right away and took them back to their shop. When the repairs were completed they dropped them off all cleaned up looking like new again. I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive the bill was and the two that I have put back into service so far perform the same as when I purchased them new.

β β β β β I ordered a printer for my little business at home and the entire process was very smooth and efficient. Not only did Matt find me the perfect printer for my needs (and he found it quickly) but he was also very professional and friendly to deal with. You could tell Tonertech is very customer service oriented. And the printer was literally delivered the very next day. I was actually surprised at how fast and easy it all was.

β β β β β Tonertech is exactly the type of company that I like to work with.
I have been a customer of Tonertech for several years purchasing printer toner and supplies for both my own company and those of my clients. Their prices are very good for both OEM and re-manufactured, and whenever I have had any issue, they have replaced the product within 24 hours. I appreciate that they back their products 100%.
Recently I purchased a higher end printer from them as well. The transition was much smoother than I expected. It took a couple days to get everything setup exactly as I wanted, as I was demanding wanting everything to work exactly so, but Myles was patient and knowledgeable and he stayed until everything was tested and working perfectly. I very much appreciated their attention to my needs during the setup even when things were a little unusual and Iβm comfortable knowing that they will be there for me if I need them in the future.
Iβve always found all the staff helpful and friendly, and I will continue to use them for my own company and Iβll continue to recommend them to my clients as well.

β β β β β We didnβt have a problem with this company until βJulieβ phoned one day and asked me if I needed any toner. I responded with a simple βNoβ, as none were required at that time. She then became extremely pushy and rude with me on the phone and said, βwell how about I just send you one or twoβ. At this point I responded again with a βNo, I will contact you when we need someβ. This is where they lost out business. From then on, the consistent calling, leaving voice messages on every single telephone in our office is it a bit ridiculous. By now Julie is a big joke to everyone in our office. For whatever reason toner companies have got to be the sleeziest business out there. And this one is no exception.
Update, Julie still phones the office harassing us when we haven't ordered in almost a year. She gets rude when you tell her no, and she's very snoopy about where you're getting your new toner from.
Update 2.0: Have not purchased toner from this place in well over 2 years. They still call us non-stop.

β β β β β Delivery was reasonable, price was fair, payment process was easy, initial contact with company straightforward and lovely. Plus, as a first time customer maybe, I got a chocolate treat from Charlie's Chocolate Factory. As a one-woman biz I really appreciated Tonertech service for my Lexmark printer. Tonertech will get repeat business from me.
