Cut was uneven and choppy. Had to get it redone elsewhere. We let the management know and no one even responded or did anything to an amend the situation

My barber/hairdresser took it to the next level with his care to detail while he cut my hair. He listened to what I wanted and executed it to perfection. Huge shout out to Tyler. I will definitely be going back to him and back to cochrane Tommy Guns for all my short hair needs.

N	Nevin Berning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was loyal to the same barber for almost 8 years. Then I requested a small correction to an area the size of a business card and was told I had to pay for it. I told them that not only have I been going there every 2 weeks for 8 years but also bring my son and we buy all our high end products their. I personally pay $60 for 1l of shampoo for thining hair. I have also never asked for a correction before. I asked if she was really willing to lose that over a 2 minute correction to a small area for a charge?!? She very cheerily responded with "That's what I said". Loyalty doesn't mean anything to these people. I feel bad for the barber that lost a loyal customer but I cannot support the owner. Also...I did contact them regarding this on their website. 2 weeks later I have still not received a response.
D	Doug Svelte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had several cuts from a couple of different stylists. Always excellent work. Clean, comfortable environment. I'm always happy with the experience. Two things keep me from giving it 5 stars. It's a decent value as the quality is great but it is relatively expensive. That could be an issue for some. Also the inability to book an appointment can lead to longer wait times. You can see wait times on their website which mitigates this but it would still be nice to have the option to book. I use Tommy Gun's regularly and will continue to do so.
