Shelly was amazing with the research and found a faux header that I placed in the window. I in fact did the complete installation over a long distance as I am in Winnipeg, MB. Shelly provided me with detailed instructions and support when ever I needed it. Even from church I think! The installation went flawless and we couldn't be happier with the quality and look of the roller shades.
