★ ★ ★ ★ ★ incredible history here. did you know that the inlet is a F.N reserve. it got reclaimed by them after it was a concrete factory. also if theres a really windy storm, go here. no wind at all. also tons of jellyfish. the jellyfish means there is no biodiversity in the water. great place to kayak as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and peaceful. Being away from the sound of traffic we got to hear the beautiful sounds of birds. Saw a seal and a sea otter jumped onto a little dock. While having something to eat, we watched an eagle fly in from one tree to another than it flew low a few feet above the water as it whipped past. An unforgettable experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a serene place to go. It is very quite and out of the way. I really enjoy taking the trail down to this secluded inlet, or going by water and paddling around it. The improvements they have been doing to it are nice. The bird house "Trailers" are also very funny to see. So close to town, and yet you feel like you are way out of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome out of the way hike with the dog. Steep terrain and rough trail, but worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to kayak or paddle board especially if you start from somewhere in the Brentwood bay also lots of jellyfish (we went there in June). It seems like a good place to swim, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This wonderful park is a perfect place for a walk or to drop anchor. BC transit now serves the park with a new stop just outside the Butchart Gardens Gate.
