What can I say, the coffee is amazing (currently stuck on "Stuck in the Middle" medium roast - YUM) and the owners are the nicest people you'll ever meet. Unlike other places with only a few options for organic, fair trade beans, these guys make sure everything in stock is 100% fairly traded and organically grown.

Great coffee, from great people, in a great community. Once you get coffee (either beans, ground, or your drinkable cup of "Joe") from these folks your life will never be the same. Although tastes can vary, they will have an awesome roast to more than appease your palette, or will do everything they can to make one. Personally, I recommend the "Not Fade Away" Blend as I won't drink anything else at home anymore. What are you waiting for! They're not hard to find. Go get some of their beans today! ~ Steve and Kelly Rueffer ~

I have always been met with the warmest service. The folks at this co-op coffee roastery took no time at all to win my unending loyalty. Ethically sourced, organic beans. Special blends and a range of flavours-- the people are always willing to take the time to inform & sample- whether at their shop, the farmer's market on Saturdays or the Stratford Sunday market. I am, right now, sipping the 33 1/3 coffee out of a hand crafted mug made by a local artist and purchased at To Bean or Not To Bean last Christmas. No better way to start my day.

Love the folks at "To Bean or Not To Bean"...they are all so genuinely passionate about their coffee . Talk about being able to walk their talk. I started off buying a cup of pressed coffee, loved it so much I switched the coffee at my restaurant ( after offering the same coffee for over twenty years) TBONTB won me over. Their roasting is pure genius. Don't take my word for it...come and try it out at York Street Kitchen on Erie, coffee is on me!

Blair and Christy are very friendly and knowledgeable and that is reflected in their coffee. Every bean I have tried has been spectacular and the quality far surpasses the price. Definitely my top spot for specialty coffee in Stratford and the surrounding area.

Good service, proprietor was very helpful, good selection of coffees. I'm waiting to try this coffee, therefore 4 stars for now. UPDATE: OK, I've tried the coffee and it's exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back.

A fabulous spot for great coffee with blends for every coffee connoisseur (strong and bold to smooth and subtle). The staff always provide great guidance on new blends to try. Thankfully they also do many of the local farmers markets so you can pick this up around the area.
