Every time I come in to this building I cringe because ED Has some challenging remark to anything I ask about. They have used guns on the rack that I remember seeing there more than 10 years ago, I ask if they will flex on the price of some of these used firearms as I'm an interested collector. They will not ever budge on price. Ammo selection is mediocre and be prepared to wait until they are done chatting with buddies before they show you anything. I made a very reasonable offer on a rifle and showed them price matching to another Sask owned gun store so they adjusted the price 50 dollars for me which was not even close to the other. You basically have to convince them to sell you anything. They have very little aftermarket triggers available. One time I ordered a trigger from them and it was the worst experience ever. Being lied to about ordering it and told they would call me back numerous times, the trigger ended up being wrong and then they accused me of ordering the wrong trigger. If they ever record your information just forget that it ever happened. A friend had a custom bolt knob done here and they ruined the bolt in the process. They honored and apologized at the time and offered to trade him a new firearm. Later they back tracked on the offer and left my friend with the bill to purchase a new bolt he had to send it to the factory to be head spaced. I urge anyone to never let them mount a scope on your rifle, from canted, loose, over tightened, backwards, wrong mounts etc. One time buying gun powder I wished to buy the 8 lb jug and they refused to sell it to me cause this particular type was hard to find at the time. Ed would try and down sell me rubbish he often has no real experiences or even knew what he was talking about. The lady is good to deal with and she knows her stuff. I come here because they do have certain things that I need but I avoid it as much as possible. It bothers me to leave a poor review but it needs to be said. I do not recommend going here as I'm mad at myself every time I end up there for something I need. order online or go to PGT in avonlea! Had problems for months dealing with an issue. The guy behind the counter, named Ed, made a few phone calls and within 5 mins. my problems were solved. Thank you very much for the great service.

Went into the store to purchase 22 ammunition, and get a FAIR offer on a New in the Box (NIB) Ruger 10/22. Ed looked at it an said " I'll give you $100.00 cash. I didn't know if I had gone into a comedy club or he was insulting my intelligence. It turn out to be the latter, and I told him that was an insult.The owner (Daryl) overheard this and came over and said the offer 'was a bit light", but would not give me another offer. I left the store telling them I had come into the premises to make a purchase, but would not be making one. Stay away from these guys at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would.

Made a few purchases online from this place and an very impressed, the prices and quality of my items were both incredible and the friendly helpful service the staff gave over the phone was just great. If you are looking for some good deals in Regina with excellent service check these guys out.

Bought my first gun from these guys. Steven was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I needed. Recommend for sure!

Stopped by today, sadly they didn't have what i was looking for. However they did find a box that was close enough. Good service and lower prices than cableas for most ammo. I will note the younger guy on the counter was the one who helped me so that may have been why I had a different experience than others.

They have a pretty good selection of military surplus and hunting rifles its just too bad that they have a very poor attitude towards customers. Both times I went there they were very moody and it feels like I'm bothering them. I know it's good to support local but it is hard when they're rude.
