I had ordered my ticket online for the Roots and Resources bus tour of Edmonton. Start of the tour was at TIX. The girl at the desk gave me a barely audible hello when I entered. She then ignored me standing at the desk and was absorbed by the obviously more important task of thoroughly checking her nails. I stood there for a while then said hello again, the girl looked up, annoyed, and said yeah, i said hello. No may I help you, I have never seen a more disinterested staff member in a place of service to customers and tourists. Did not even check whether I needed a ticket for the bus tour, did not tell me where the bus tour would start. TIX needs to train their staff better.

Nice place with products and crafts made in Edmonton. I bought some pottery here. If you're looking for genuine made in Edmonton gifts this is a good store.

Staff are always pleasant and service is generally as speedy as you'd expect for a smaller ticket outlet. I've purchased event tickets in person and picked up tickets I've ordered online (both Ticketmaster and Tix on the Square ticketing systems are offered here). They also sell local and provincial souvenirs, art and made local wares.

So inaccessible it is infuriating. No direct transit, no parking, buried in a sea of construction of crowds and festivals. Worst possible spot for a business to choose to be located, especially when it supposedly meant to connect people. I get if I reviewed the artists, it would be 5-stars but I'm reviewing the business model of being physically challenging to access with zero apparent online or curbside support to address the issue. And frankly the ablist response of "not our fault" from EAC is not helping my opinion right now. As an arts supporter, I'd love to be able to access this site without having to crutch my way there for 30 minutes.

Love the art and things they have in the store itself and having staff in the washroom area makes things a lot safer and better for passer-bys and people visiting the square.

Very nice, right on the spot, gift and local event tickets: Store. Aesthetically decorated, enthusiastically served and showcased place where you can buy , enjoy and assimilate the local artists’ artefacts and hand- made potteries/paintings and nice ready-to-bears If you have some time, while u r in Churchill square, you will always relish 15 minutes spent in this marvel, does not matter if u don’t buy anything!!!

I haven't visited this location in a few years, but was very happy with my experience on Saturday. They were hosting a special pop up shop on the second floor outside. I found some beautiful ceramic mugs and some delicious soap too. Can't wait for downtown construction to be done with, because these folks deserve to be more visible! Thank you!
