They think of all the little things to make you comfortable and relaxed and are always willing to go help with any questions or concerns you might have. The location is wonderful; quite easy to get to with google directions, and far enough into the bush that you get to connect to nature but easy enough for anyone to get to from the North, or South. My friends and I met here just for one evening, but they allowed us to enjoy our time on the day of departure and were extremely helpful when we asked for some advice about local restaurants. The tipis were super clean, and warm and comfortable. We had a total of 6 people and still had lots of extra room for storage. They provided us with a wonderful fire and allowed us to continue it as long as we'd like. The star-gazing was epic and the beautiful serene absolute silence in the middle of the night will not easily be forgotten. We cannot wait to return and sincerely thank Elke and Jochen for their hospitality.
B	Bidisha Mukherjee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indeed a 5-star experience for us! One of a "glamping" trip. Just carry a sleeping bag, bug spray (if summer) - everything else provided. You can cook or barbeque. Town is15 min drive - can get take away too. Great place for couples too. It was a welcome break for us. Off the grid. Property has its own trails and we spend most time there photographing wildflowers and birds. Elke and Jochen are the sweetest couple we met! Their hospitality is not dampened by social distancing regulations. Everything is sanitized and so well managed during this Covid19, it's commendable. Please carry your own mask though. Bathrooms and kitchens are very well clean and we'll maintained. Different tables for different boarders and they have limited the no.of people on property too. They are going above and beyond to make your stay safe and enjoyable. The little pond is best suited for a leisurely boating experience if you want. The small store has some exclusive handmade mementos. Overall it was an exceptionally calming and soothing experience for us. We definitely plan to go back. P.S. - We were in LOVE with Lily - the rescue dog ! ?
T	Tracy H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Tipi Adventures! This was our 2nd year coming and this time we brought friends along with us. We are planning on making this a yearly trip as we love it so much. We are not really "campers" so this is a great way to enjoy the outdoors without losing some of the comforts. The hosts, Elke and Jochen are fantastic and put a lot of effort into making sure you have an enjoyable stay. The property is beautiful and there is lots to do. The coffee delivery each morning is a bonus!

Elke is extremely thorough in explaining the process from booking to arrival and departure. Jochen was helpful in anyway he could be. From constant maintenance of the grounds to even setting up the fire at night, everything was taken care of while at the same time, allowing you to get back to nature, enjoy the outdoors and UNPLUG!! Please don't come to this place if you want: WIFI, TV, HYDRO, or any other major conveniences of home!!! Unplug, unwind, and enjoy! The kitchen area has everything you need, so little to bring! Propane stove and fridge, pots and pans for cooking! Your TIPI has a full COLEMAN like setup with plenty of plates, silverware, percolator and other cooking utensils! Bring lots of blankets and pillows, clothes, your food, and of course the bug spray! They pretty much supply the rest! Truly an amazing experience and will be back for sure!

The Tipi was really spacious and clean, the atmosphere of the area was very secluded as it sits on private property surrounded by forests and ponds, my favourite part was the fire pit and just staring up at the stars. There is definitely nothing negative about this place as I noticed previous bad reviews on Google (probably the same group). The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I've had my fair share of camping/glamping and this place is definitely one of the best experiences I've had. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone and would love to revisit in the future.

Every evening the owner would personally light the fire pit for us . Loved the convenience of the cute clean kitchen and the showers. We played badminton, swam in the pool and enjoyed the lovely ambience. It’s camping without the hassle . The owners made us feel very welcome Planning a trip in the fall to see the colors. A definite must have experience !

Boat rowing was a new experience for kids, family and friends. Spending time under the stars at night around fire pit was cool. ATV Wagon ride through the jungle on second day was awesomely fun added by hosts. Place was clean and well prepared before arrival. Hosts are very friendly. Good hospitality. Keep in mind that you are going out in nature for camping like experience so don’t go with expectation of hotel like room service. Respect rules. Just need to carry food, sleeping bags and bug repellent. Will go again.
J	Joe A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The family and I had a wonderful time experiencing the true outdoors, the kids (12&14) were even able to disconnect from their electronics! The hosts were very kind, warm, and friendly, and the property was absolutely stunning. Even with some rain during our time, the tipis held strong and kept us dry, with sleep inducing sounds of the rain hitting the canvas. We are all eager to go back in the near future!
