We called Tip Top Trough under the recommendation of my parents (they had done great work for them before). Despite being very busy, Tip Top was able to fit us in after giving us a detailed quote and explanation of that that was required over the phone. The team members that came to do the work were efficient and thorough. They took pictures and videos to show me what was wrong. It turns out it was a leaky roof that caused the problems and Tip Top was able to recommend someone to complete the work.

They replaced my gutters, repaired the soffit and covered the frieze board. This fall I had Tip Top Troughs replace all of our eavestroughs and just in time for this summer’s monsoon rainfalls! Now they work perfectly! And when I inquired about my rain barrel, the staff went above and beyond to try to figure a safe way to solve my problem. I decided not to install my rain barrel from my new eaves for several good reasons; thanks to the staff for all their detailed assistance and information. They are the best!

Since then we’ve been through one major storm and the new system worked very well. It is a relief after years of expensive repairs that would always result in leaking. We were especially happy with their recommendation on rerouting the downspouts and installing leaf guards. The office team was very friendly and helpful, and the installation crew very professional, efficient and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.
