*I liked it so much that I applied for a job with the company and have been given the opportunity to become part of the team. There is so much knowledge to learn!
My biggest tip for the whole thing.. You have to go into the store to see any sample, pics online just wont cut it.
The lighting where the product is getting installed will ALWAYS be different!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES- If I could give zero to this business I would. BUYERS BEWARE. My parents decided to purchase engineered hard wood floor from this business in late February this year. As things progressed with the current health crisis my parents felt unsure if they should go ahead with the change of floors at their apartment. Due to health reasons and perhaps not the best time to spend 1500+ when there is so much uncertainty.
WITH receipt in hand they called the owner of the business to ask to refund the product due to their concerns regarding making a large ticketed expense in uncertain times. MIKE JACOBSON (The owner) REFUSED to give a refund even though NOWHERE in the receipt or during the purchase process did it state this was a FINAL SALE and there would be ZERO refunds or returns. He chose greed and refuse to refund my parents who had LEGITIMATE concerns about making this purchase at such an uncertain time.
I should also like to add Mike claims to a pillar of the christian church in Abbotsford. Nothing says good christian like being greedy towards two retired people who are concerned about their expenses.
Do not give your money to a business who A) refuses to give you your money back even though there is no statement making your purchase a final sale and B) has zero compassion towards elder members of the community. We even considered getting a lawyer on this matter but being that it would cost more money than the floor and installation we thought it was not worth it. But I will make sure to leave a review in EVERY platform possible to let people know NOT to give this business their hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the time we contacted Tip-Top to the time they finished the installation of our new flooring yesterday, everything and everyone far exceeded our expectations! I was pleasantly surprised that things went so smoothly as you always anticipate hiccups. Todd helped walk us through the options available for our needs, and was very patient with us (ok, me - the person who asks a thousand questions!) Their installer Robert and his team - can't say enough about the workmanship and attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with our new floors and with Tip-Top! We sure made the right choice - for everything. and are so grateful to them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and myself were extremely disappointed to learn we could not return our hardwood floor a week after purchase. We had not even picked it up and they refused to give us our money back. There was no fine print, no discussion of final sales, no receipt stating this was not accepted. NOTHING!
They just refused it. Me and my husband were concerned due to the current state of the world perhaps it was not the best time to get this done. And we tried to speak with the owner Mike Jacobson and he refused to give us a refund. We are both seniors and retired , this was 1500 dollars we could have had saved for emergencies during these uncertain times but he did not care.
Do not buy from this business, shop around and ensure they have honest business practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what's up with all those negative reviews. I've been an installer with them for 2 years and I have seen nothing but happy customers. I've worked for a lot of flooring stores and I can attest to the quality of the products they sell. Yes they themselves have to place orders for materials to be shipped and delivered which they do economicaly and professionally. I have bought product from them for my own home. People just need to remember that renovating a house is not something you do lightly. People can count on the expertise of our staff and installers but it is ultimately the owner's responsability to pick the product they Love and dmake reasonable preparations for the job to run smoothly.

He diffently know his stuff and the people who install the flooring are awesome people to . When they say they are going to show up at the time slotted for . They always show up earlier .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The carpet they installed seemed to be good enough. The problems we ran into was with the communication within the company. They arrived a day later than they said and the installer didn't understand where he was supposed to be installing the carpet, he stated the work orders he gets are very vague and confusing. This lead to a lot of unnecessary delays. The amount of excess carpet left at the end seemed extreme. It's normal for 10 to 20% extra but we had enough left over to do a large room. When we asked about it we were told "that's normal" which ended up costing us close to $1000 in extra carpet. Overall not super impressed. The installer was great and the carpet itself was good tho.
