β β β β β My daughter absolutely luvs going here. The staff have been nothing but kind and caring from the beginning. They take the time to focus on each individual child's needs and have helped my daughter with so many milestones.

β β β β β The owner and centre director are welcoming, caring and accommodating. I canβt say enough good things about their teachers. My son first started in the infant/toddler class and the teachers were warm, nurturing, gentle and patient. They gave you a peace of mind! They sang songs, did art, had circle time and also had some free play to discover all the toys in the room. The rooms are spacious, bright(lots of windows) and clean. My son is now in the halfday preschool class and he is loving it, there is 1 teacher(1/10 ratio) and she is also fabulous, sheβs caring, gentle, she makes sure all the kids are being included. They also have a fenced outdoor playground that is really safe and only the daycare preschool staff has access to. They serve snacks and lunch which was really important for us. Expensive, yes. But what is a peace of mind worth?!

β β β β β LOVE Tiny Hoppers. The facilities are new and clean and the staff is wonderful. Definitely recommend to all moms. Love getting the photo updates and being able to check throughout the day how much my child has eaten/slept/diaper changes. They are amazing with the kids and I have no anxiety/stress when I drop off here.

β β β β β Itβs unfortunate that I am feeling the need to review this facility poorly. We had a great first year with tiny hoppers but when the director went on maternity leave in May 2020, the warm/welcoming and very responsive nature of tiny hoppers went with her. The new director is unresponsive, unapologetic and a very poor communicator. When we had a concern in terms of communication and responsiveness, I was told she didnβt feel she didnβt anything wrong and then there was no further communication or attempt to solve the concern. We ended pulling our child abruptly. This was never how weβve been treated in the past, itβs important to note the staff changes have greatly affected the way this centre runs.

β β β β β I went to tiny hoppers for a tour in April this year for my boys. When I asked the instructor how long will takes the waitlist and she said it is not too long because of Covid 19. Many Parents work at home or lost jobs, so their kids stay home as well. So, I chose tiny hoppers for my boys and paid deposit.
Now the lady said to me the waiting usaully takes for a YEAR as WE MENTIONED. I would not have chosen tiny hoppers and pay the deposit in first place if I knew I had to wait for a year. They just lie peopel to take deposit (because its not refundable). The way they run their business is really dishonest.

β β β β β My grandchild attends Tiny Hoppers and Iβm thrilled to see photos posted on Facebook. The staff is highly competent and the activities are very well planned. The centre is clean and colourful. There are loads of books, toys and objects etc. to keep the kids busy and engaged all day long. ??
