We are more than satisfied with Tingting's services. She was our seller agent and her representation for us was exceptional. She conducted a comprehensive comparable analysis for our house for the pricing. She assisted us with the staging by providing very good advice, bringing in some decorations for us, and hiring professional photographer for the pictures. She also held open houses and followed up with the potential buyers for us so that we were kept informed about buyers' comments. She also frequently sent us updates about the listing prices for the similar properties. Overall the whole sales service for our house was excellent. Our transaction process was also very smooth and efficient. Tingting is also a very nice person.

We worked with Tingting to find our first house. She helped us for about 6 months and during that time she listened to what we were looking for, in what areas, etc. We saw her almost every weekend during that time, often multiple times a day. Tingting was always honest about the houses we looked at and was very knowledgeable about possible issues or problems we might encounter. She was also extremely helpful when determining value of the properties as well as probable sale costs. She was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive/ available whenever we needed her or had questions. We finally got our first house thanks to her and have no regrets. Tingting is a phenominal Real Estate Agent with exactly the kind of attitude that you want from someone looking for your future home. She's patient, good-humoured and funny, but also competent, thorough, and bluntly honest. Viewings with Tingting always taught us a little more about what to look for and what to look out for. She was very quick to respond to our inumerable questions and very active in recommending houses throughout our long search. We were also always happy to hear Tingting's design ideas for the new home given her background in interiour design, informing us more about the potential of each home beyond its surface appearance. My partner and I met Tingting at one of her listings. Because we didn’t have an agent and were starting the search for our new home, Tingting started booking us for showings for houses she thought we would like to see, and houses we wanted to see based on our own research. What I love about Tingting is that she took time to help find the right house for us. She was never trying to force us to buy any old house, but worked with us (very patiently mind you) to find the house that worked for us. We found that she was diligent, hard working in doing her ‘homework’ to determine fair market value and miscellaneous details for the houses we were interested in, was very caring in addressing our questions about buying and listing, and most importantly was responsive to our every concern when it came to buying. We also listed our house with her, and couldn’t have been more happy about the process and the results. She was able to pre-market our house, generate a lot of interest and generate a record number of showings, offers and a very competitive sales price (over asking). What I appreciated was she took the time to give us advice on how best to stage and prepare for showings, and also developed a solid strategy to get the best price for the sale of our home. Overall, her conscientious, detailed oriented values and thoroughness to take care of her clients and ensure the sale of our home was done right was very much appreciated. 5 stars, can’t recommend more highly. ?

I had never worked with a real estate agent before, and Tingting definitely set the bar high! Throughout the long process of looking for a perfect house my partner and I could call home, and then when it came to selling our current place, Tingting was the reliable, professional, knowledgeable and reassuring presence we needed. She also patiently took the time to answer the million questions we had on buying and selling, and her responsiveness and positive attitude were truly remarkable. I never doubted we were in good hands. At every house we visited, I was impressed with the astuteness of her observations and remarks on the pros and cons of the property and neighbourhood, and her detailed evaluation of the fair market value. She always had our best interest in mind, and we never felt pressured into putting an offer on a property that wasn't right for us, despite how hot the market is. When we finally found 'the one' for us, Tingting made the offer process a breeze, and her strategic negotiations skills allowed us to purchase our dream home within budget. She provided excellent staging advice to make our current home shine, pre-marketed it expertly, supported us in that stressful time, and sold over asking within 5 days of hitting the market. We could not have dreamed of a better outcome, and we owe it all to the care, passion, and dedication Tingting put into her work, to the benefit of her clients. We are fortunate to have met her, and although I hope to never move again, I would happily work with Tingting anytime, and I highly recommend her!

My husband and I are so incredibly impressed with Tingting as a realtor. We have worked with many over the years, but have never encountered such an incredible real estate agent. She is extremely honest and trustworthy. She will enter a property with the lens of an inspector and will identify any problems she can see. She always does her “homework” and is able to give us the fair market value of every property we visit. She will never pressure you into putting in an offer. She always responds to questions in a very timely manner (call, text). She is supportive throughout the whole journey. Her negotiating skills are also top notch!
