The staff is so friendly that you feel like flying first class to Paris.

β β β β β I gave 3 stars just because there have been some times of good customer service. We have been customers for years, but will no longer deal with this store or recommend it. The owner has her kid working there part time, who knows nothing about how to speak to behave or speak properly or like an adult over the phone - everything is all about HER. I tried to place an order but all I got was interruptions, and a rude, arrogant attitude. She had zero idea how to properly carry out business transactions.
We will never gain deal with your store, Tina, your spoiled, self-centered, rude, arrogant child who has zero idea about good customer service you allow to work there in your place.
We don't need to do spend our money and valuable time for that nonsense. We have taken our business elsewhere.
