Me and my wife were left a bit stunned by these sales "skills".. Even the initial greeting of "est-ce que je peux vous aider" sounded like I woke her up at 3 am at her house trying to sell her a TV subscription.
Frankly impression was that we're some kind of a low class customer who's taking up her precious time.
Went to see her colleague Michel afterwards in the next office and service was stellar. That's how a sales rep should talk to clients.
Terrible service, makes me want to travel down to Granby if we ever decide to work with Timberblock

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. The receptionist was professional and helpful. But once she directed us to the rep, it went wrong from there. He was not ready or open to give us different options. He was very unprofessional and not a good listener. I took my project to a different company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called today interested in knowing what the all in cost would be for the Juno model. I know that construction costs have gone up considerably but I was told that the house was going to cost $300,000 but the all-in cost would end up close to $900,000! At 2096 sq feet that would be $429/sq ft! Don't bother calling if you don't have deep pockets.
