Although I have never met the man, I am always impressed by how many things he has in hus catalog of rental items as well as how awesome his staff are when I order. Sime times I am ahead of the game and make a reservation a few days out, but other times when I have been desperate and a little beyond last minute they have always been able to get me what I need.

The amount of knowledge that they know and share about their products is amazing. I recently bought four large beautiful bundles of balloons as well as some fun characters balloons; all of the balloons have stayed over three days exactly how they were when I first brought them home! However the reason for my 3 stars is due to the snippy attitude that I met with when I questioned aspects of the contract. I’d suggest before you sign off on their quote, that you read it carefully and question anything that is not clear to you. Get clear written answers from them. I would rent again, but I would take my own advice noted above.

Great service and such friendly staff, you end up feeling right at home here! Would highly recommend as they have a wide variety of services and items to help with any party theme you have in mind.

Not only was everyone compassionate and caring, but they essentially dropped everything and made two truly beautiful arrangements within an hour. I was beyond relieved and I was so absolutely emotional seeing the release bouquets so personalized and exceeding my family's vision of what we needed to capture for that moment. Truly I understand why Tim's continues to win awards and be such a wonderful long-term presence in our community. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you did for our family. We are so grateful and appreciative.

They were so helpful and quick to respond to all of my inquiries. When I went to pick up the mirror ball, I was greeted by their friendly staff who were eager to help me find more decorations for my party. I'm very grateful to their staff for being so understanding for the late drop-off. The staff here are so kind, helpful and accommodating and I would definitely recommend them for any of your party needs and will definitely be returning myself!!
