Because the order was wrong the hostess refused to the the wrong coffee back and fix it, she gave us the milk to fix it ourselves. Wow. Could replace the coffee. But we can open a hot coffee lid and fix it ourselves. Sounds like a lawsuit will soon be handed to them. Only takes one spilled hot coffee to cause a major burn. Disgusted.

S	Sarah A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went through the DT. The service was barely passable and the time in the DT was way too long! The coffee was not fantastic, but okay. I ordered a farmers biscuit with sausage and received an English muffin, which was barely toasted and mushy. We also ordered a Belt bagel and were asked if we wanted bacon (of course that is so silly) and then they had sausage instead of bacon. The only one who’s food was correct was the 10yr old who ordered the new bacon and sausage English muffin. He was happy. If we weren’t already going down the Hwy when we noticed the errors we would have turned around. If you are driving though don’t stop at this Tim’s keep going until the next city. Will never stop at this location again!
D	D Tapp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last few times I’ve stopped at this Tim Hortons it’s been terrible. I figured I would give it another try, can’t be any worse right? WOW was I wrong. Attitude and ignored from staff, zero selection, and she walked away shaking her head when I said “thank you” twice. This is the worst Tim’s I’ve ever been to. Definitely needs to pull up the socks in customer service dept. How can it be 24/7 if there is nothing to choose from? Sundre needs another coffee shop or a McDonald’s to put a little pressure on them. I’d rather drive to Olds for coffee and great customer service.
C	Caitlyn Stubbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a French vanilla and they double cupped it and I was going to give my friend some in the second cup but when I went to go do so I realized there was blood in the second cup you can tell where the coffee was stained which is the brown, but you can clearly tell where the blood is.. which is obviously the red. I was so disgusted I didn’t take a second sip. If I could give this place a 0 I would.
