★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utter chaos, as I saw the drive-thru was fully choked up with cars so I decided to come in only to realize that there were a few grumpy patrons already that have been waiting for a long time for their orders without being given clear instructions on what is going on. I think they're severely understaffed and they can't deal with both the regular lineup and the drive-thru. I walked out after 10 minutes without ordering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped here to wait to be picked up after a head on collision destroyed our vehicle, staff were so quick to help and pulled out chairs and a table for us as well as gave us free drinks and muffins. Thank you so much to Anna and the staff for your kindness, we’re so thankful. ❤️

Look to see if sugar is going into the cup when you press the sugar button. The stir the coffee before you place the lid on, drivers cannot shake the coffee with those new lids. Its better than all the sugar sitting at the bottom of the coffee cup.

Why does it take so long to get a coffee in the afternoon when there is zero cars in the drive-thru?
