★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you have a car, this particular Tim Hortons doesn't care for walk-ins in the mornings. This store should seriously consider how important it wants to keep loyal walk-in traffic. I am seriously considering my options at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the procedure up for the Pandemic, but hardly anyone pays attention to the rules! People pushy or in to much of a hurry! You're supposed to be 2 meters apart! But the person kept pushing because of being in a hurry! Or over crowding when the restaurant was busy! There was no signage staying how many people to be inside at one time! Like most companies have posted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have alternative milk choices so it was great to be able to get coffee again from here. I liked the new breakfast egg in the belt I ordered as I know some are not enjoying them but IMO not bad or rubbery from reviews I have heard about. The view from inside is quite nice to sip coffee and lookout over the ocean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing service time inside - most attention seemed to be devoted to drive through customers. ONE poor overworked (and very probably underpaid) lady was trying to serve a line of people inside the restaurant, while the remainder were serving drive-throughs. This lady had my every sympathy and whereas I'm giving 3 stars, I'd give her five stars for her effort. Come on Timmy's - employ some more staff and add 50 cents to the price of the items on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online, it lists Campbell River as a 24hour store. IT IS NOT!!! It would be REALLY nice for this store to list it's hours, because all your customers do not live in Campbell River. Thank you.

GET WITH IT!!! OH AND PLEASE WASH THE WALL ST THE BACK BY RESTROOMS .. LADT BOOTH... LOOKS LIKE A CUSTOMER GOT SOOO FLIPPING MAD OVER THE TIME IT TAKES OR THE WRONG ORDER .. AND THREW IT AT THE WALL!!! OMFG ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I can't say anything good when it comes to the coffee or food , staff are bright an full of energy well can't say all of them..
Yet I'll be honest when they make the coffees it's truly not hard to make yet each an every time I go to this location they always seem to forget sugar or creme bare in mind okay dealing with an abundance of orders I totally get it human error it happens yet come on ..
Considering the amount of times we do go to this location being it's close almost tempted to go to another location
