Stopped for coffee and breakfast sandwich and ended up getting a dozen doughnuts. They have the best doughnuts hands down. Their lunch sandwiches are pretty good along with their chili and soups and of course for dessert a yummy glazed maple doughnut ?

I frequently use this Tim’s, the morning drive thru staff are the best! But …. The rest are not to say the least, the wait times in line can reach 25 + mins, and going in is no better! They need to have more staff, as well as having a second icecap machine! As many times as that machine has broken down or can’t keep up to the demand you would think that over the years the owners would have invested in a second one! A person gets pretty angry when they get trapped in the drive thru for 20 or more minutes to get an icecap just to find out the machine is broken again! GET A SECOND MACHINE! Like most stores have! And to all Tim’s bring back plastic straws!

Worst tim hortons I think I have ever been to... went thru and got a wrap and bagel and coffee and classic lemonade... wrap wasnt even wrapped properly and the bagel had herb and garlic cream cheese when i asked for butter .. missing ingredients in the wrap.. coffee grinds in the coffee.... we phoned and talked to a supervisor and told them about this and after explaining 5 times what was wrong she finally understood and than told me "sorry I will talk to the kitchen staff are you happy now" ... after talking with her for another few minutes she then offers to give us new food ... so next day after work i go to get my replacement and first she tried to charge me at the window ... then after trying to explain that she told us she would replace my wrong order she then told me to wait up front .. so we waited there for 15 minutes and she came out and brought us our replacement food.... and it was still made completely wrong... and I ordered a classic lemonade and they gave me passionfruit ice tea and there were grinds in it!!!! I will never come back to this location I actually will probably go out of my way to avoid it ... would give negative stars if I could...

So slow. Waited 30 minutes in store just for a refresher, a wrap and a muffin. Also making me late for work.. And the lady who made my wrap must have been the lady on food and she didn’t come out of the back of the kitchen/back stock for like 20 minutes and their was piles of orders being ignored on the screen. A group came in after me and they were totally ignored. The girl who I’m guessing was supposed to be working till made herself a coffee, drank it and just wandered ignoring everyone in store front…so they left. Drive thru is also slow but you have a better chance of being acknowledged at least and being a higher priority than store front that’s for sure. I used to work at Tim Hortons in red deer and we would have been in trouble by management if we took that long to serve people. It’s a 10 minute wait and up even in the slow hours of the evening.

Went yesterday to try the new Hazelnut Cold Brew. Before I went I looked up how it was made and I do this because the staff doesn’t get properly trained on new products. The guy working looked a little scared when I ordered it. He tried asking for help and everyone ignored him. He brought me my drink with no cream. I then let him know the steps to the drink. He said thank you to me because he learnt something. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to educate the staff on drinks. Only getting 3 stars because I know the staff are doing the best they can. But PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This makes me sound rude but I’m not trying to be. Thanks.

Service is incredibly slow and no hustle when there’s a line. You will need 30 minutes to get through the drive thru if it’s the slightest busy. They close down 1 of 2 lanes when it becomes too many customers for them to handle. There is however one younger gentlemen who seems to care and I believe his name is Dylan - keep up the good work !

A buzzing location! We were incredibly grateful for the kind service and the attention to detail. Although I made a mistake in requesting our order, they were incredibly accommodating and understanding. Our experience today will guarantee our loyalty to this location. Tanya is an absolute darling and truly cares about her customers and their experience.

Great service and customer friendly. But this Saturday during morning hours I have noticed that those preparing foods , snacks not following proper dood handling procedures . may be it's due to peak hour service. I hope management take it seriously to ensure the food safety for the customers
