★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving from Manitoba to Nanimo all I wanted was a fresh Tim hortons coffee and an amazing looking donut to keep me going .
I waited from 4:21pm - 4:33 for a coffee and this sad donut .. there was only 2 people working .. but this donut just ruined my road trip . They squish your donut into a bag and all frosting / topping sticks to the bag … I am very sad .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5:30AM -15 degrees. Door is locked after store opens for business. The girl stood and looked at me with a blank face till I walked away then stood in the drive thru for 20 mins for her to make me wait while she serves 2 cars behind me before she took my order. No sign on the door, no efforts made to be respectful. Just attitude and I was still nice after standing in -15 for 25 mins. We are all tired amd expect the world to read our minds… unfair

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through drive through a very rude guy practically slammed his debit machine at us. Holding out the Tim apt we were trying to pay.. He needs to learn some customer service techniques. Thank you would be a nice start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was completely unpleasant and unprofessional. By far one of the worst Tim’s in all of Canadian. All staff should be let go and replaced. Lady got mad at me for asking for the washroom and asking for my friends drink that took 15 mins to make. “I wouldn’t know what happened to your drink, I DIDN’T TAKE YOUR ORDER.” completely unacceptable response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went through the drive thru at the Sicamous location. We were disappointed that their machine for making Mocha drinks was out of order. We decided to order Latte drinks instead and also ordered sandwiches and a donut. My Oat latte was only about 2/3 full (disappointing!) and we didn't receive any napkins for our food. The attendant handed us our food then drinks and wished us a good day. After we exited the drive thru, we noticed that we had no donut! (and no receipt!) There was only 1 other car in drive thru so it wasn't a matter of being too busy....just NOT being organized!
