Really enjoy this Tim Hortons when I'm passing through Sturgeon Falls. Never had any issues with service always pick up my usual decaf coffee with two cream. Only once did they slip me a dark roast or original coffee instead of a decaf. So that's a pretty good track record seeing as most places will slip you ever heck they want regardless of what you order. Quite happy.

The Karen/Manager discriminated against me because I'm disabled. Just because I'm not in a wheelchair doesn't mean I'm without medical issues. She wouldn't even allow me to use the washroom. Too bad because of this woman's attitude towards me and her lack of empathy I will be boycotting all tim hortons till I recieve a formal apology.

Ordered 3 of everything. One of our party returned for her forgotten coffee before we realized they'd also forgotten a breakfast bun. We suggest that ordering via masks might be the problem so use sign language with hand signals for numbers to ensure complete orders.

The service here lately is just terrible. I have gone in and either nobody is in the front or the employees are standing around talking and I have to ask to be served after waiting at least 5 minutes. You place your order and when you get home you have received something completely different. Waiting for your order and only part of it is given to you and you have to ask where the rest of the order is. Trying to pay by debit and you keep pressing the chequing button on the touch screen and nothing is happening. You tell the cashier and all she can say is "I don't know." She says "press 1 for chequing and press 2 for savings. The debit machine doesn't say that on it's screen. How is the customer supposed to know to do that? When you question the cashier about this she stares at you and won't get a manager or someone to help with the situation. Very poor customer service.

Quick service , got order bang on , especially vanilla cold brew and not mess up with ice coffee like half the timmies do :/

Although there was a long lineup it went quickly and they got our orders correct not to mention that they were very professional in answering our questions
