This place sucked. I pulled into town just as they were closing at 5:00 p.m. I tried both doors then I went through the drive-thru and nothing if they would allow me to come in and use the washroom and they said no so I went to Starbucks. Really poor planning for this franchise owner. Not only is it off the beaten path we close so quickly I'm sure their business is really struggling. 5:00 p.m. is really a early time but the Starbucks closes at 6:00 and the little town of Merritt. After the disaster they face last winter with the atmosphere River letting the town it's nice to see how clean it actually is

Delays in Drive thru orders, Most of the times I have ordered Chai Tea Latte and they mess it up almost every time. Doing business hastily, They would tell you to wait in the parking lot every time you order something in quantities. Sluggish service and understaffed it seems.

Worst possible customer service, they never have anything on their menu, burnt coffee never made properly. A double double with espresso is impossible for them to make. Nevermind if you don't know their menu, they have barely of what's on the menu but hurry up & order & then they try to argue with you if you mention their terrible customer service. Skip this dump. I stopped going to Tim's for coffee because of this location. I wish they had another location in town to go still at least for donuts for the kids because this one is horrible. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Would give no stars if I could. We Waited in the drive thru for almost a hour, no way to exit the drive thru (this in itself is a problem) its a long weekend yet they are short staffed, and barely speak english. Only to get to our order which was completely wrong, a waste of a hour when I can't even drink the coffee. Disgusting service from Timmy's which is a shame as Timmy's is generally really good but this one sucked.

Stopped in to get a box of timbits and sadly was there during the lunch rush so I waited over 15 minutes. Not their fault; just my bad timing. They would benefit from having someone specifically for online and kiosk orders.

Waited over 30 minutes for a wrap, front staff barely understood English, one of our orders was entirely forgotten, not served napkins or straws with anything, other customers we saw get wrong orders. Watching the back staff work as slow as possible? What. Is. Happening.

Hostess/ Cashier- she was real nice. She showed the manager the Classic Chicken Wrap that was served to my sister. Lettuce was black and the 2 tiny pieces of chicken was just over pinkie finger size-more wrap then anything. Who serves black lettuce?!
