★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice Timmies with a great full time staff!! Unfortunately I'm often disappointed with their french vanillas (my go to drink since I don't drink coffee) as they are frequently watered down or their machine is 'being cleaned' and I can't get one (even though they have 2 machines that I doubt are being cleaned at the same time ?♀️).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Tim Norton's in Pembroke had the slowest service ever. There were three people standing in line. I stood there for 10 minutes then thought I would use the bathroom. When I came out the line had not moved. One guy had used his app and finally got served his coffee. The other two were being ignored because of drive through. I left due to no service. I went to the connected Wendy's and got served immediately. The washroom was clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn’t have any of the things I asked for, two kids were working. They also got my order wrong, didn’t give me everything I ordered as well as stating their points scanner wasn’t working. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kids at this Tim Hortons mess up my coffee quite often. it's now November 18th 3:15 p.m.
The store manager is the one that made my coffee she didn't even mix it sugar was all at the bottom I noticed this driving away from the store. Like I have a spoon with you right now to mix it up. P no wonder the people working under her or not doing their job properly.

3 times this week they've screwed up my order. Only returned once as it makes me late for work to turn around and go back! Will definitely be letting people know to try other locations if they want accuracy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When u show up at 6am and thru have no eggs every day is pretty sad , drive thru takes forever . Tim Hortons pay a decent wage train ur staff and hire more people slowest service I've seen in a long time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe the lady who served me was named Swati, I was blown away by how polite she was! I’ve never been talked to and treated so nicely from any fast food or restaurant establishments. Her kindness made my day! Food was also delicious!
