★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for the hot chocolate and coffee. The hot chocolate in my opinion was way too sweet. I like sweet but this was too much, I didn't even finish my cup, ended up throwing it away. The iced coffee I had there was alright. Service was fast and workers are nice. Did not try any pastries but they did look good.

Punjabi guy dont have patience.He wanted to clean the washroom rather then serve the customer. Please keep someone who really know the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is about the tim horton near shepperd ave bus stop. They never give hot coffes .if we order for two donuts they ill give three we need to walk back from home to get the third donut . need to wait half hour for food . if we order crispy chicken sandwich they ill give spicy again need to walk back from home to change it . They never give exact orders i wish atleast you could employ one good staff who knows everything . If we order no tomato they ill surley put tomatoes so you need to order tomatoes inorder to get no tomatoes god knows what the staffs are dreaming about while serving or making food .Sorry to say this much but am realy upset today also for giving me a cold coffe though i paid for it . See i asked for no tomatoes they kept tomatoes i am alergic to tomatoes are they being this irresponsible to make people sick ? Please someone consider this tim hortons and take resposible actions to make their service right .
