Very slow service at all hours, most of the time waiting 10+ minutes with only one car ahead of me. They get my order right about 1/10 times. If you order your ice coffee with oat milk they probably won’t remember to put anything else in it.

Like to meet friends for coffee here. Good selection of drinks and donuts. Ordering online is available but the app is not very good.

Really liked the layout of the store. Different from most others I've been in. Clean inside, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend stopping in.

I sent my husband last week to get a rice bowl and told him they don't have any rice. Another time my husband went and ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and was told to pull to the back of the store. I was at co-op grocery store getting a few things and once I was done that I walked over to Tim's and they where still waiting. I have had there breakfast sandwiches before and they are over cooked grey eggs. So gross! Overall serive is terrible, most employee's are rude and have no customer service skills. This is the only Tim's I have ever been to that has to ask you to wait to see if they have it in stock to make anything on the menu daily. Very poorly run.

I was given food I am allergic too. after ordering, I was given something else and specifically mentioned the allergies they messed up my order (it would seem from the other reviews very common at this location) I had them redo the order and again specifically bringing up the food allergies, I was given food that specifically contained my allergies, the staff did seem to be struggling with the very light work load, so I’m not sure it was done in malice but most likely gross incompetence. but nonetheless I’m still going to be sick for a couple days.

Due to inconsistencies in past couple of years... I rarely go back maybe 4 times a year. Thought I'd give it ago today.. Unfortunately, once again very poor quality and consistency. Watered down FV actually looked like dish water i guess cutting corners to save money..... and muffin was biscuit in breakfast sandwich. Sad that customer comments not taken seriously....

Consistently bad. Ordering through the drive through is basically Russian roulette - asking for a black coffee might get you a cappuccino or a dozen doughnuts, and it doesn’t seem to matter how busy it is. Inside is no better, and usually the wait is longer since they seem to be short staffed most of the time. Special mention on ordering food: be prepared to wait, even if it’s lunch time. Something as basic as wedges might see you waiting for your drive through order at the back door until you give up, go inside and discover they’ve forgotten about you.

Ordered a couple wraps in the drive through, and they told us to pick them up at the back door…then never came with our order. We had to go inside and ask where it was. Our coffees were also made completely wrong. During the week this Tim’s is decent. We always encounter issues on the weekends.
