Not sure how they are still opened to be honest, I actually go out of my way to walk to the further Tim’s then to go to this one directly beside me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst tim hortons ever. dont come here in the morning if you want to get to work on time. the cashiers dont know how to operate the machine, and when something goes wrong, it takes three of them to argue for 10min to understand what went wrong. i literally had to ask explicitly to explain what happened and tell me what to do in order to get out of there. super rude about not being able to do their job. just dont go.

Very rude customer service (the worst), incompetent cashiers, the waiting line and order lines are extremely unorganized so there’s no way to hear them call your name or get your food. I waited patiently for a few minutes for my order and some dude yelled at me asking what’s my name and why I didn’t hear and then threw me the order. He kept on yelling at me while I walked away. Really don’t need this cr*p to ruin my busy morning. Will never go again. Plus the hash brown was not even fresh.
