★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Washroom's toilet seat needs a fix. It has been loose for over a year now. Seems like management doesn't care about the building. The washroom smells bad, my guess is the exhaust system is broken as well. I don't really like to give 1 stars but this place is not being managed well specifically the housekeeping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait times inside the store are atrocious... I get speed of service in the drive-thru but making the person's inside wait 20 minutes for 10 timbits and a bagel is a little outrageous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime i go there they never have any donuts or timbits no matter what time of day. They're wraps are disgusting, coffee is bitter as hell. Only thing I buy is their ice caps. Used to be a good place for coffee and donuts but not anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two bagel belts. One with bacon and one with bacon and sausage. Both had just sausage on them. I even told them that the screen was was showing just sausage and they said it had bacon. Coffee was cold. Sad thing is this is normal for this location. Managers should start watching their employees. Or fire the bad employees. Or the managers should get fired and gets some news because this is getting ridiculous.
