★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely slow if you dont go at the drive thru, and 3 out of 4 times they will make a mistake with your order. Ask for no cheese, you will get cheese, ask for a worker's tim, they will forget either the sauce or the potato. It is barely ever a nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond horrible experience. I went in the evening and just to order took 13 minutes. Then to receive the food was another 15 minutes. I thought this was just a fluke and it wouldn’t happen again. But it did again and again night after night and other people as well complained. When I keep calling during the day to speak to a manager they always say there’s is non available so I resort to writing on here. Honestly I don’t even come anymore to this one just such a bad experience I rather just drive over to chateauguay to get my coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great, but if you go after 6PM for anything else than a sandwich or coffee, they are 75% of the time out of donuts, Tim bits shortly after supper (as opposed to other tims)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both staff personnel served me at different times and were perfect. Ordered Hot chocolate and a large coffee and it was the tastiest. Went back to purchase a Tim's coffee mug and a gift card, once again excellent service. Thank you to the two wonderful cashiers.
