Hope Tim Hortons give better training to workers here . There is always delays and bad customer service and wrong orders at this location. Worst of all few days ago I was in line and I only order one tea and one coffee and their credit machine went down I had no cash but 770 Tim Points and one coffee is just 70 points . I told the Again looking lady with short hair that I don’t have cash but I can use Tim points if that work . I choose option to use points She scan once and process coffee and when I use points again she say we can’t do twice and as credit card machine is off so I either pay cash or just leave with coffee . I have to leave without tea and I feel so ashamed that I never look towards that location again . Rather buy Tea from Starbucks as they have better training in how to deal with customers . I advice Tim Hortons to give proper training and written apology from branch manager .

My girlfriend and I always make bets on what the issue will be everytime we come and this time it was unfriendly service and rotten lettuce on our sandwiches, not that hard to see that the lettuce was black...

They should drop making sandwiches because they literally take so to make also maybe open more than 1 freaking cash register open during the morning hours since ur a breakfast spot. I was planning enjoying my order with my daughter but instead by the time I got to the front of the line I had it made my decision not to spend any money there used a gift card to get my daughter her donut and went to spend my money elsewhere and won't he returning anytime soon
