★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is probably one of the slowest locations I've been too for dine in/take out ordering. I'm not sure about the drive thru side of things but I did the in store option so I didn't burn gas. I might have to do the drive thru to see the difference. Staff are nice and know the regulars here by the looks of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure why the management always has something happening. Like signs for machine not working at the end of the drive thru and nothing left to serve but coffee. This place is busy so should accommodate it better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in a Big queue ever, they are not fast enough to handle the lineup. They never gave me straw for my ice cap and they shoved the napkins inside the bag, first I thought it was used napkins when I looked at it. Please don't do this to you customers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Tim's is always so so slow and more often than not gets my order wrong. Its unfortunate as they are close to home so it would be convenient but it's not worth going to. On top of everything the staff is very rude. Hopefully they can make some changes and become a better location. They are turning me off of tim hortons completely at this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While located in a great place for anyone traveling East or heading to Harrison for the day, the service could be better. Now I know that staffing shortages have befallen all the local Tim's, the signs on the windows have made us aware - but this isn't an excuse for poor etiquette, exasperated tones and making the customer (myself) feel like a burden for placing an order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow drive-thru and never has specialty doughnuts ready for breakfast rush, they always say they are not ready yet or they don't have them.... Also, whatever happened to completing the sales transaction with a receipt? How is anyone supposed to verify what they got vs what they paid for... ?

1. Paid20 in cash for $14 purchase and got only Looney back. When asked for my balance the response was"Sorry my till is closed."
Waited more than 5 minutes just for the balance.
2. Then Ice cappuccino we ordered were given to other drive thru customers which according to them is given "by mistake"
3. Finally got my order and guess what!!! Leaky glass (photos attached)

Ordered 2 Large steeped teas. Both taste like watered down milk. These are my favourite thing about Tim’s .. it’s disappointing when you pay the extra instead of making for self at home and not getting it made correctly.
