I spend alot of time outside camping at sites across Canada and this has to be the worst experience I've ever had. So bad Infact I cut my visit short by 2 days.
You can't go 3 mins without a wasp flying in your face, never seen a wasp problem so bad.

edit: messed up my order again, and when i went to get it fixed the replacement item was just pitiful, thrown together, it was cold and the wrap was half full. Absolute joke, I mean Tim Hortons isnt known for its quality, but this is taking it a step too far.

They never give you napkins with your food. Even after you ask for it, you only get only and only one. After spending over $10 first thing in the morning ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ disappointing. I always get the wraps , everywhere I go and I fine them packed with chicken and filling,. The one i got today had minimal chicken like small little pieced not even chunks, looked like that was maybe all they had left? no clue, either way rip off for 8 bucks, missing bacon as well. soooo dont waste your money, basically i got a couple leaves of lettuce and ranch dressing and a sprinkle of chicken. i DESERVE a refund. unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our coffee group have been going for coffee in the afternoon for a long time , every time it is so awfully cold , iam not sure why they feel that the restaurant is so very cold . Our group will have to go to a warmer place where we can enjoy our coffee .
I wonder how a person could reach the owners to express our disappointment in their treating folks who want to enjoy our coffee break .
Do others have the same experience ? The temp is set at 65 and with the window is open a lot it is super cold ,too bad we liked it there .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not open 24 hours unless you drive a passenger vehicle. Maybe they should state the hours on the door or even better online. I don't know what time they close. I tried going there at 9:45 pm and they were closed for walk in. What happened to 24 Tim hortons.
