★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is much improved now. The Coffee and Donuts were Fresh. Food was Execellent to eat and the staff was very nice and friendly. Thankyou Tim hortons for Coming to Canora. Its afforable and has got nice taste. Keep up the good work Tim hortons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to either hire staff that knows how to pay attention or not be so lazy... I order the same coffee every single day multiple times a day roughly 5 times a day 7 days a week thats 35 visits two coffees each visit is 70 coffees a week out of those about 60-65 of them are made wrong and when I return for it to be made properly am greeted with unprofessional attitudes and about half the time i need to go back to again return improperly made coffee i have worked at tims Hortons before it is not a hard task to make a coffee properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I have been to this Tim Hortons many times over the years and it's never been great but it has even gotten worse with the new manager Sant. He is very rude and disrespectful he sets a terrible example for all the employees under him. I was there a few days ago and had a very bad experience there with him. So he put in my order and did not repeat to me, for context later. Then he gave me my drinks and got one of them wrong I respectfully asked for the drink I payed for and he rudely said that he had repeated my order twice which was a lie he did not even repeat it once. And he preceded
to call me a liar I couldn't even believe how he treats his customers when he is the manager. I really hope upper management will educate him on how to treat customers proberly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great . But what kind of restaurant closes right at dinner time(6pm)? We ordered a meal at counter then we’re told we could not sit down and eat . Kinda crazy in my opinion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first impression i was not inpressed with the canora tim hortons. I had went there for my first time to get some timbits for my sisters friends. My mom had taken a detour from yorkton to get some timbits, I had checked on there website and checked when they were open it said till five and on there door it said five. So my mom sent my sister in to get some timbits and the store worker pointed at the door, on the door it said closed at five but it was 4. Then my sister came back crying so my mom went in there and told her., she got mad and yelled at her. My mom told her it CLOSED AT 5 and she said ya but it takes us an hour to clean. So she told them they should Change there door sign and there sidewalk sign.I guess we will be going all the way to yorkton to get tim hortons for now on.??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here quite often, and until coming to this location regularly, I did not like Tim Horton's at all, anywhere. But now I love it, and it is all thanks to this particular location on Main Street in Canora. The staff are always smiling and friendly and I have never had a bad experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was charged for a coffee I didn't order. When he was asking my what I wanted in my coffee I said I never ordered one. He said okay. Then I waited for them to refund me. Instead they handed me what I did order and told me " thanks have a good day". I asked if I am getting refunded for the item I didn't order and they said "uh I guess". Then I pulled out the card I paid with and he said that I can't get a refund on my card... ill have to get reimbursed with a gift card. What a joke. Then the gift card wasn't working so he said he will put the refund back on my card. Wow he must be magical to get that to suddenly work.
It makes you wonder how many times they rip off the old people who can hardly see. Sure it was just a $2.50 coffee, but its the principal of the matter.
