★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim Hortons in Finch subway station, a very convenient location you can get your coffee etc. just before you board the line 1 train or just after getting off the bus or train its a very small establishment but understandably so, given the location and space available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the convenience of this location but find that the staff do not listen and have basic communication problems when I'm ordering. It seems like the staff don't know the names of the donuts they're selling. If you want to work in the food services, you need to know what your selling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working at Tim Hortons for a good chunk of my early adulthood I learned a lot. The most important one that I learned was customer service, and how to treat customers right. Today as I ordered my items there was an issue and it was handle in the worst way possible. The staff there are some of the rudest I have ever had to deal with. Fix your signs in showcase to avoid confusion.
