Staff is amazing for all shifts! Super friendly and have never got my order wrong. I go everyday for my coffee and the whole place is always clean, even the parking lot. They have a bunch of nice planters with flowers in them and a sign to report license plates of people littering. Very nice to see they care about the cleanliness of there property as well as the environment. The drive through line can be pretty long some days but it moves quickly and that just goes to show it's a well run business if that many people are always going.

200 characters can create a large number of words or a small number of words, depending on what you want to do with it. I sit here with my Tim Hortons in hand thinking about words. The longest word in the English language is usually considered to be: antidisestablishmentarianism. It is 28 characters long. You could write that word 6 times (168 characters), and if you include spaces between each word (5 characters) and a period at the end (1 character), your final β€œsentence” would be 174 characters long. If you include one more big word in the sentence, a word that’s 25 characters long, then you’d have a total of 7 words, 6 spaces and a period as your β€œsentence” β€” totaling 200 characters. The shortest words in the English language are β€œa,” β€œI” and β€œO”. So you can have 100 of any of those words, with 99 spaces and a period at the end, and fill up 200 characters. That sentence would have 100 words. PS: Yes, I know there are technical words much longer than antidisestablishmentarianism. But among non-coined, non-technical words, it is generally considered king

I go to Tim’s almost Daily and 9/10 times my order has something missing or the wrap isn’t even wrapped up all the way and is a mess to eat. They always seem to forget something even when I ask twice to make sure they have it. I’d advice checking your order before you leave. They also don’t know how to stir there drinks. They seem to rush threw all of it rather then making sure it’s done right.

Horrible service. Orders constantly made wrong. Rude old ladies running the joint. Don't be a Karen, fix your mistakes and try not to argue with customers when they know something is wrong! Last I checked, customer service was part of the service industry? But apparently not. No need to be the Tim's police we all know you make minimum wage.

Been there twice now. The staff up front are completely rude and absolutely awful to their customers. I have never been spoken too so rudely by a complete stranger before, especially in the food industry. I am a server at a restaurant and I could never imagine speaking to a paying customer that way. I was rudely spoken to, for asking if everything was in my bag and then again for letting them know I didn’t get everything I asked for, and they over charged me. Hope they get their attitude, customer service and manors fixed.

I applaud the single employee who was handling both inside orders and mobile orders. I am grateful she got to my order as quickly as possible while having to tend to her own customers as two other employees stood talking. I am sorely disappointed that I had waited 6 minutes in store for my tea which had been placed 4 minutes prior to my arrival to store.

Want to give a 0. Service was just awful. The cashier "serving" me was extremely rude. There are lots of places to get a coffee. Here we come Mc D's.
