★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service Fast fair and very friendly Staff.Very clean bathrooms.Some times morning bathrooms Ladies at 7:oo am have no toilet paper in either stalls.Maybe Have team member to refill prior to the mornings Rush.other wise my Favorite Place to stop !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wedge fries were so dry you could hammer ? a nail with them. Also the bathroom had no soap! Staff were shouting and noisy behind the counter. All around very poor experience. I have had good luck with coffee only orders - going to play it safe and stick to coffee only here at this location ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! Stopped by this tims on the way to The Pearly Acre, and they were amazing. There were many customers but the team dynamic was really good. They were communicating well with each other, were very organized and got our order out in a very timely matter. I really appreciated Elane who made sure my iced coffee was made with oat milk. I rarely make reviews but this tim hortons really impressed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location in Havelock has always delivered a great experience. The coffee is always fresh and the staff is quick, friendly, and polite despite being one of the busiest drive thru's. My food is made correct most of the times, the odd time my order might be a bit off but considering how busy this location is, its no big deal. The employees do their best, it’s frustrating to see how customers treat them so rudely. Shout out to the staff for doing such a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All good here. Too bad for some of the negative reviews. I go through maybe a couple times a month, usually mornings. Drive through goes quick usually, but I can understand that there are times when it can be slow too. I believe they are doing as good as they can.
