Messed up order, Only gave half my order and walk away and looked at me like I have 3 head when I asked for the other half, missing the lettuce on our wraps……. Tea is burn and taste gross

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendliest drive thru staff I’ve interacted with in months! Cheerful and answered our questions clearly. Our order was fast, hot, and correct. (Alas, not always my experience at other Timmies). And the birthday timbit, always a joyful little nugget to bite into!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean establishment and very friendly employees. They also have very comfortable seating area and to high chairs which were unexpected and incredibly handy for my 9-month-old. The staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Definitely making this a regular pit stop.

Went to order and Stephen (In Training) was manning the till.
Ordered a large coffee, large dark roast and a small hot chocolate. Added in a couple of cookies.
There was no dark roast on hand and we had to wait, until it was brewed. The small hot chocolate came in a medium cup. And my large black was too my liking.
This locale had a board game area to utilize the board games that were available, FYI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I, like a lot of people, use the drive thru, more times than I can count. Staff are always friendly. I like it when you know how much your bill is going to be before you get to the window. Awesome job everyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When requesting a sandwich not come with mayo or tomato it doesn't mean only add tomato. It doesn't mean out mayo on one side of the bun or only put a little bit of mayo on the sandwich. You guys are good at getting the menu items correct but you cannot get the sandwich right no matter how many times we come to your Restaraunt. I can't count how many times we've had our order screwed up at this location. LISTEN! to the customer and read the order before you make the sandwich! Today I even heard you all say "no mayo or tomato" to the sandwich maker 2 or 3 times and you still got it wrong! How!? How!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love their new wraps. But everything else has gone downhill. The donuts are usually very stale which I don't understand since they seem to sell out soon. And although I love the wraps, I've found a fair amount of grizzle in my chicken which is never fun.
However I do love the coffee and ice caps. I keep coming back for them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the first one to complain when a service is not given. I got to command Tim Hortons in Lacombe for their amazing service in the past 6 months or so. They are kind, respectful and genuine. The place is clean and well managed. It is amazing considering the current “Covid” situation. I am truly amazed by their service and sure am glad I gave them a chance to show me how great they are. Great place to read a good book with a great coffee! Thank you
