★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into this Timmy's during an extremely weekday lunch rush and was met with an unexpected spectacle of precision and beauty. The staff was moving in perfect tandem, like a flock of birds flying together to create a perfectly choreographed (but jazzy) dance. As I approached the til, the cashier greeted me with a, somewhat stressed, but genuine smile. I did my best to be clear, kind, and quick so as not to make their rush even more difficult, and got my whole (large) order in less than 2 mins. The staff looked like a Renaissance painting in motion. Astounding! We don't deserve this tim Hortons staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, if your a fan of the little ‘Seasonal’ collectional trends’ (pumpkin latte’s/hockey cards/Christmas ornaments.. etc.) don’t think they hold value.. however, Ice Capps are delicious— that’s about what Tim Hortons has going for them. A great Canadian creation, barista’d with perfection. Touché—.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been thru Smithers on a regular basis last few months and they are never open when they are supposed to be, seems that staff pick and chose when they want to open and close.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why just one star... they don't even deserve 1 star really. Everytime i go through the drive through window I ask that they don't fill my coffee so full and they say they will but they never ever do so it's very sad when won't do this one thing!!! One guy said to me the other day yeah yeah he'll do it and the girl this afternoon said she would do it and guess what she didn't listen either!!!! Im fustrated and low on caffeine now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better communication is a must for a successful fast food chain. Team work is a must. One Filipina lady doing all the sandwiches while a whole bunch are standing by the drive through window. Communication. Team work and organization as we'll minimal education of the products you are selling your customers. Back to the drawing board please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish they were back to 24 hours I have a lot of family that travels in late with nothing open. Even if it was at least coffee and icecaps would help especially for the truckers and camp workers that come in late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The young man working the front cash was excellent. 09/02/22. He filled my order efficiently and quickly. Beats the service of some Tim Hortons workers across Canada. Thanks for the quick service. Very nice when time is of the essence.

Efficient and friendly service at this location as well ^_^
Update: Just noticed the front door has a Hockey Stick Handle!
