β β β β β IF I COULD GIVE THIS A NEGATIVE RATING IT WOULD BE A NEGATIVE 5 STARS !!! ONE OF THE WORST Tim Hortons in town !! They always get your order wrong and there is one girl who works there that after touching money from a customer she won't change her gloves before making your food so you have to say something before she does it's happened to me personally a few times and I have seen it happen alot more !
WHOEVER THE OWER OR MANAGER IS THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO HIRE SOME BETTER STAFF OR AT LEAST HAVE THEM FULLY TRAINED !!!!!

β β β β β Got an extra large decaf on Saturday, as I was heading to West Kelowna when I drank the coffee it was ice cold. I called back to let staff know, that i believe the decaf coffee was from the day before. They said that's not the case that each decaf is made as a single coffee now. I asked to confirm its a single coffee machine now?They went & looked & said yes & said that someone turned the hot water off on the decaf machine. When I let them know I would back Tuesday morning when I was back to work for my no charge decaf they said that would be fine. Went in this am for my no charge extra large decaf with 2 cream & half a sugar & the Supervisor said no I had to pay - as I needed to come back within 30mins of receiving the error. This isn't my normal route as I had to be downtown first thing on Saturday. I would like to receive my no charge extra large decaf coffee with 2 cream & half a sugar. Thanks :)

β β β β β There is always a little issue in here. No milk, they forgot something or they didnt hear you. Although they gave me a freebie due to not having something I paid for, they need to give customers better service. Large place with some seating area

β β β β β I love, LOVE, Timmies wide-variety of coffee options and seasonal drinks! Do I even have to mention the ridiculously yummy doughnuts? Haha However, lately the staff have been... I actually can't put my finger on it, but they just aren't friendly. They are efficient and professional but I feel like they're slacking with their customer service. Quality of service is a VERY IMPORTANT aspect of any service based business! Apathetic staff ruin customer retention! No matter how fabulous your product is!

β β β β β Breakfast ? was okay and this is a large cup of coffee and it was 3 quarters full ?βΉοΈ..be sure to check out your drink orders when you pay for the item cause I paid for the meal oh and no hash brown ...when you get a farmer's wrap drink and a ? you would like to think that yes I want the other hash browns..lol
