The billing and the service at the counter were good and efficient. There is ample parking for the people visiting the centre. I have visited the same unit in 2019 and there was no lockdown.

After every word you say they ask “is that it?” Very rude for customer service!!! You can actually here the rudeness voiced when they speak! This and the Chelmsford Tim Hortons has gone down hill Terribly since new owners took over! Rating should be a zero but unfortunately that’s not an option.

At least yesterday's late afternoon's shift that's what they represented as one of Tim Horton's franchises. I went through the drive thru yesterday between the hours of 4 pm - 5 pm. I ordered a half French vanilla and half coffee, what was manipulative given to me was HOT WATER with some coffee and cream. I parked, and went inside the establishment to ask that if they could please make a me a new one because of the WATER DOWN FLAVOR. The young girl was very helpful and said that she would make me another one, walked away to the bathroom and when I came back. She had one made for me, as I grabbed it was way too hot, so I politely asked a worker that happen to be walking behind the counter for a sleeve to put around the cup, she totally IGNORED me and keept waking to the back into the kitchen. I can expect that kind of IGNORANCE from a teenager, but not from an elder woman. It just shows how IGNORANCE has no age or gender. To top it off, the new "half french vanilla and half coffee" didn't taste like it was meant to taste. Still WATER DOWN. BEWARE of this kind of IGNORANCE and SHADINESS from this establishment. IGNORANCE IS ALIVE AND WORKING

My bagel is always either barely toasted at all or completely charred like this, twice last week it was given to me with cream cheese instead of butter. The only reason I rated 2 stars instead of 1 is because they are usually pretty quick, especially in the drive thru.
