two cars from behind me served at the drive through before I was. Why bother making us line up if you aren't taking the orders as they come in. I could have gotten better service at a starbucks

Don't bother wasting your time coming here in the evening unless you only want coffee. The same rude male employee won't serve food. I've been there at 8 PM and 10 PM and told I couldn't even order a donut. Maybe there were none left but was rudely told "like I said, drinks only". I've never been to a fast food establishment and told you can't order almost everything on the menu during opening hours. Very disappointing

Waited in drive thru for almost 30 minutes. They got our order completely wrong even after the gal taking it had read it back to us. Farmers wrap had an egg and 2 hunks of cheese....no sausage or hashbrown. My steeped tea was supposed to be a large and it was medium. They forgot our hashbrowns and my son's coffee. Terrible service and terrible food.

They've been better lately, however this really put the cherry on my bad day. I opened my wrap and it was jammed in not only upside down, but not wrapped much at all. A whole chicken piece was inside the box. This is completely unacceptable. The ONLY reason I didn't go inside and go full Karen was because I couldn't, I was on my work break. You wouldn't *"** up a wrap like this at home, why think it's okay to do to a paying customer?

Front counter clerk had wandered off, so had to wait a bit. We were the only ones in line. When he returned, our order was taken quickly and accurately. One drink and doughnuts came very fast. Kitchen order was made accurately and was hot. Didn't realize 2nd drink was missing until we sat down. As soon as went back to counter it was put up. :) The restaurant was clean. Like that the garbage can is now divided into 3 specific categories now instead of everything being waste. Definitely is a place to return to.

Busy, busy shop. People need to be patient. Staff doing best under the circumstances. Guess what? If ten people ordered ahead of you....your'e going to wait a few minutes. Say thank you....and tell the staff they are doing a good job.

Tim Horton's you need to do better. First off Id like to say that my order more times than not is incorrect at this location. We ordered Turkey BLT's for lunch in store. Got to my car and noticed that there was no bacon. Ran back in and he put bacon on my sammie. One bite and I was disgusted. I had to remove the bacon. C"mon...it's still saying oink oink. How can you put that on someone's sandwich and thinks it's ok. I'm not sure it was even cooked. Grossed me right out. And another thing, if you're out of white buns let ppl know. Don't just make their sandwiches on whole wheat and think it's ok. Won't be returning to this location. Constantly disappointed.

Horrible experience. Toxic communication and attitudes. Staff clearly cares not one bit for customers. The lettuce is BLACK MUSH. Someone thought it okay to put on a sandwich, second time this week. Ordered a muffin, did not get. Got the impression their take is "we're in a pandemic and can do no wrong. We'll take it out with a horrendous attitude toward the public." Have been a regular for years. Something has changed and it's appaling.
