He responded quickly if we would text him about a property, most of the time I would get a response back within minutes. While we were looking, lot of the viewings we did where done via Zoom which as a buyer can be quite scary when your buying a home without seeing it in person. But Tim was very knowledgeable on each property and didn’t shy away from pointing out issues with things we may not have noticed on camera. His construction background paired with his honesty and trustworthiness, helped us feel confident putting in an offer on a home even though we had never physically stepped foot on the property. Our offer was accepted and we removed conditions within two weeks. After conditions were removed he continued to go above and beyond by scheduling a viewing of the house on Mothers Day when we where going to be in town so that we could see it in person. I honestly don’t think this guy ever takes a day off, but you wouldn’t know it with how lovely he was to work with. Thanks for everything Tim! 10/10 would recommend!
